LAST EVER MAX INTERVAL CIRCUIT WOOOOOOO!
Workout was pretty good despite the shin splints (at least, I think they’re shin splints). Definitely felt those throughout the workout and did my best to substitute power jumps and tuck jumps with high knees or squat hops to avoid (too much) further damage to the shins.
Wore shoes today as well to avoid the ouchies to my toe. It was… different. The middle of my foot felt strained at points but I just rested whenever that happened and that was it. I’ve got Max Interval Sports Training tomorrow (woo!) to mark Day 60.
Freedom is near - I can smell it! And right now it smells like my sweaty body.
