Fairly good workout today despite the pizza sitting in my stomach (don’t judge me)! Got through most things without taking too many unnecessary breaks and felt a lot better during the power push-ups today, although I think I might have done that at the expense of the level 3 drills. Managed the first 16 push-ups for each circuit but only 8-10 for the second run through. Still! That’s a lot more than 100 push-ups today alone, so I’m pleased.
Just five more days until my last Fit Test, which I think I’m going to postpone for a couple of days to let my muscles unknot themselves a little bit. Just five days! And of all those, only one of them has got Max Interval Circuit written on it. Huzzah!
