done with today’s workout! made myself jump instead of cheat my way through switch kicks which I still hate - thankfully today’s warm-up only had 2 of those instead of the usual 3.
didn’t do as well with all those plank work in Max Cardio Conditioning, though I fared better overall with most things in Insane Abs.
I think my month in Phuket has done wonders to my core - during Insane Abs, I can seriously keep it tight, which in turn makes things a bit more intense. :)
Tomorrow I’ll be running at the gym and doing some weights after Max Recovery, looking forward to it all. Also, only eleven days to the end! :D
