Max Interval Pylo is definitely one of my less favourite workouts. I was barely able to push through the power jumps today - I hate those things. On the up side, my push-ups were all better, and I finished all 3 of the Level 3 drills. :)
Also since I’m finally home with my trusty electronic scale and measuring tape, here’re some measurements.
Waist: 68.5cm (from 72cm slightly over a month ago - over an inch lost!)
Weight: 57.5kg (from 58.8kg slightly over a month ago)
will be flying back to the UK for my final year at the end of this week, so I’ll be pushing it so that Saturday is my rest day instead of Friday.
I think I’ll probably go for a run at the gym on Tuesday to coincide with Max Recovery - haven’t been exactly very focused on practising for my half-marathon lately…
