Max Cardio Conditioning, I love you, but good God not when my quads and glutes are still sore from yesterday! Anything squatty was an absolute killer today and I had to take a few breaks to shake off the lactic acid burn.
Insane abs was good, but I think I’ve definitely got a knot in my back now. I’ve had a bit of a tight feeling in the right-middle section of my back for the past… month? And a pulling sensation whenever I inhale when I’m hunched over. Probably something for a masseuse to sort out after I’m done with Insanity.
Oh, haven’t I mentioned? I am making it a point to go for a full body massage after all this craziness! After the almost constant exercise, I need to loosen up!
