BACK TO INSANITY tomorrow, OH YEAH! 

this is also my last week at Rawai, I’m going to miss this place and its crazy memories so much! :( I love all the trainers to absolute pieces, they all have a wicked sense of humour and are such little boys so much of the time.

Here’s a picture of me and Geh, who makes the silliest faces at me during training. On my left leg (on the right side of this picture), you can see the scar/scab that I picked up from the fall about two weeks ago - this is now known as my ‘free tattoo’ from Phuket. :P
