BAM! Had a really, really good workout today - powered through everything with the occasional break, breathing was controlled, form was right, and definitely improved on a lot of the exercises from the last time I did this. I’m tempted to attribute this to me actually resting on my rest day before starting this week of insanity, but it could be anything really. Could be the timing of my meals, the amount of sleep I’ve had, increased flexibility from stretching… or a combination of the above. My carb intake over the past few days has been higher than normal, too (I’m trying to finish off a small sack of rice).
ANYWAY. Here’s to more really good workouts!
