Stinky’s Day 40
Today’s workout was a whole lot easier without the fit test getting in the way. Managed to power through everything (almost) and definitely felt my core working throughout, although that may have more to do with leftover muscle tension and soreness from yesterday.
Starting to be a bit wary of exercises in the plank position (low-plank obliques, Y runs, floor sprints) because my left hip is making more noise than usual. No pain, but it’s a little worrying when there’s a fairly loud popping noise every time I straighten my leg again.
