Stinky’s Day 39

Max recovery makes me realise how poorly… designed some of my joints are. Throughout all the held positions and pulses and everything (pretty much), my shoulders, knees, and the middle of my right foot kept popping. My left hip made some worrying noises as well doing low plank obliques but I’ve gotten used to it. Occasionally I have to get out of the position to un-stick my leg, though. I’m fairly sure that’s not normal…

Quite a good session today and I’m glad for it, although all the held positions are still a bitch. I mean, wtf are their quads made of? Doing that pliĆ© pulse thing on your toes with your arms out? Goddamn. Toppled over unceremoniously a couple of times but hey, my legs were wobbling like crazy.

This post isn’t making a lot of sense so I’m going to leave it at this. Max interval circuit tomorrow without the fit test getting in the way this time. Going to try to beast it!
