Stinky’s Day 38

So Max Cardio Conditioning is like the upgraded version of Pure Cardio. There’s a helluva lot of squats in this one (ew), but otherwise not as bad as I thought it was going to be! May have to do with the fact that it’s like the Pure Cardio upgrade and I quite liked Pure Cardio back in month 1… Oh, how I miss month 1…

The traps are feeling less abused now, but still a tad tight. Not sure what to expect for Max Recovery, but if it’s more held positions I might go cry a little.
