Stinky’s Day 36

FIT TEST ROUND THREE! Woke up much later than I intended, had a banana and then proceeded to power through the workout. I’m running on empty at the moment, but here are my results.

Switch kicks - 96 145 150

Power jacks - 54 63 65

Power knees - 88118 129

Power jumps - 34 40 44

Globe jumps - 10 10.5 11.5

Suicide jumps - 22 29 31

Push-up jacks - 27 35 37

Low-plank obliques - 42 67 73

Improvements all round! Small improvements, but improvements all the same. It does get exponentially harder since each movement will take up a certain amount of time anyway.

Was absolutely dying by the time I hit the push-up jacks and yesterday’s badminton didn’t make it any better, either. Was going to go straight into Max Interval Circuit but I think I’ll save it for later when I’ve got some fuel in my tank. Any more jumping now and I think I’ll actually pass out.

Ended up doing max interval circuit later today after dinner. Not a good idea. Felt really heavy throughout and had some minor tummy pains during the second half of the workout. Also, the whole thing being an hour long was a bit blah! Urg. Will look forward to doing this on a day where I don’t have another workout to do. Also going to make sure I get a proper rest day in next time!
