And that’s my recovery week done! Can’t believe it’s just another month to go and I’ll be done with this craziness. I’ve got a couple of hours of badminton on my rest day tomorrow (yeah, I’ve never actually had a proper rest day, I don’t think).
Today’s workout went well apart from the hip flexor burners (again). Feeling a lot of burn in the glutes for some reason? Could just be my wonky legs acting up.
