did the workout properly this time since there was no fit test in the way. I really don’t like switch kicks or jump rope exercises in the warm-up - I find them such a pain. I’ve stopped jumping so much for switch kicks, I just transfer my weight with a slight hop when I go from one foot to the other. I’m more used to jumping rope like I’m running, so jumping with both legs really gets to me.
most things are pretty alright for the first two sections. I like that the added exercise at the end of the third sets are all pretty easy. Push-ups are killing me though - I hit my back a bit where it sort of ached and now it hurts, especially with push-ups. It’s been there for about two days now, but I’m going to get another massage done (FUCKING LOVE THAILAND, SO AFFORDABLE) after the evening training session.
today’s training sessions are boxing! am absolutely loving it, though I like the occasional kick. Elbow and tad mala are two really strange moves to me though.
Anyway, off for some well-deserved lunch! :)
