my battered hands after 3.5 days of training in Phuket. I don’t understand why my knuckles and joints are chafing, because it’s never happened to me before. I really don’t think I’m hitting the bag too hard as well. I suspect it’s because my handwraps are shorter than most since I always tailor them to 2 to 2.5m in length instead of the 3.5m they usually come in, because I find that becomes wayyyy too thick.
either way, my punching feels better now, which is good. I haven’t done my Insanity workout for today yet since today is Max Recovery, so I thought I’d move it to the evening session so that I can join my roommates for a breakfast buffet at Tiffany’s.
