ARGH this shit is bananas! I woke up sore from yesterday with raw knuckles and smacked on some counterpain before the muay thai session and again before this workout. I finally got hold of my protein though, which is great.
Some exercises were a bit strange… Level 3 Drills are my new enemy, after I finally bested Level 2 Drills last month. I still need to get used to the warm-up as well.
Other than that, I am loving Phuket! Might go for a much-needed massage for my muscles today or tomorrow…
