Insanity Day 18

much less sore, but still can’t hold the positions. HOW DO THESE PEOPLE DO IT! they must have glutes and quads of steel. O.O

gonna do some push-ups and some kettlebell sets to work on my arms a bit before calling it a day. it’s been really warm, so a bit more difficult than usual to get around to doing Insanity. Thank goodness for recovery days!
