Pure cardio again!
This time round was a lot better - I stopped very, very few times during the entire workout. Apart from that, nothing new! Definitely feeling the progress though.
Oh yeah, my new pull-up bar arrived today! Glad to have it around so I can get some weight exercises in as well. All this cardio is great but I feel like I’m starting to waste away a little bit.
Right, time to dig deep into dinner!
