Cardio power and resistance was much better today, especially during the vertical jumps. I found those a major problem the last time round but I’m getting there!
Paused a little bit to check my form for the triceps dips and the V push-ups because they definitely felt weird. I may just not be used to them and may try practising them on my own without the pressure of time and a black man shouting at me from my screen to see how it goes.
So far, so good. I’ve officially started Week 2 of Insanity! Time to dig deeper!
