this week I lost count at power jacks and had to start over. -.-” I definitely felt my cardio improve - I wasn’t dying after a minute of switch kicks, and overall I started off all the exercises feeling a lot more in control and not breathless like I did halfway through Day 1. Am happy with most things except globe jumps, though there’s still  many more days of improvement ahead! :) huzzah for progress!

gonna spend some time on kettle bells to improve my arm strength, and go for some crazy monkey defense classes tonight in preparation for the intense cardio medley that I’ll be going through in Thailand 3 weeks from now.
