Cardio Power and Resistance!
I will end Insanity with machine gun legs. Because every workout I’ve done so far consists of jumping, hopping, sprinting on the spot, pretending to jump over hurdles and logs, throwing imaginary basketballs in the air or pretending to be a bunny rabbit. By that time I will also hope to have lost that little bit of tummy fat I’ve accumulated AND be a bajillion times more fit.
Did today’s workout barefoot because my running shoes are too high off the ground for all the jumping and because my feet pronate a fair bit, the muscles in my feet get a little bit crampy. My new shoes are on the way, though! I like to think that I’ll do better with shoes on. Y’know, because I have a slight disadvantage in eh springiness department. Yeah.
